Aiva taught Fierce Edge the Latvian Soul Crusher which can be seen at the 7 seconds point. Fierce Edge recommend performing 5 sets of 60 seconds which is enough to crush us as the name suggests that it might.
The LSC is broken down into six parts:
- Front Squat.
- Overhead Press.
- Back Squat.
- Overheat Press.
